Volunteers:

Paul describes the church as a body, each part working together. It is our responsibility to help people find what area of ministry they are best designed for and help them succeed in serving there. The children’s ministry is committed to doing this through its recruiting system. This includes an application process complete with a background check and interview.

The volunteers then become member of a ministry team, are trained and placed in ministry for a set period of time. On completion, they are given the opportunity to continue on or find another place where they feel they can better serve.

Parents:

We believe that a key component for a child to become fully alive in Christ is for their parent(s) to become the primary spiritual influence in their schild’s life. This requires the children’s ministry to do what it can to encourage, equip and empower them to do so.

Children:

We believe that everyone must make a choice in life whether or not they will submit their lives to following Jesus Christ. This can happen at any age, but we know that it is more likely to take place before a person reaches the age of 11. Therefore it is our passion to partner with the Holy Spirit to see this become a reality.
